INNOVATIVE FINANCING PROGRAMS

The Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority has developed a national reputation for innovative business financing, assisting over 600 economic development projects representing a total investment of more than $2 billion while helping to create and retain nearly 20,000 jobs.

Initial Project Information forms are needed to determine whether a project meets the requirements of any of the Port Authority development financing programs. Please fill out the form below. A preliminary determination can traditionally be made within five business days.

From the information provided, the Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority will make a decision as to whether additional information will be requested. Should you want to expand beyond the space provided below, you may include an attachment.
