Supplier Recruitment

The Port Authority’s goal is to purchase the highest quality materials and services at the most competitive cost, delivered in a timely manner with a high level of customer service.

Begin Registration Process

To start a business relationship with the Port Authority:

Complete the Supplier Registration by clicking the link above. The online application will ask you to include information regarding your small business enterprise (SBA), minority business enterprise (MBE), disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE), woman-owned business enterprise (WBE), veteran-owned enterprise or service-disabled veteran-owned enterprise certification.   

Upon receipt, your business information will be reviewed and placed on the Port Authority’s Supplier Database, enabling the Port Authority to locate and consider your business materials or services. Your registration will remain in the Port Authority’s database for future requests.

If your product or service is needed, the purchasing staff will contact you with information regarding the next step in your provision of materials or services and other pertinent details.
