LOAN PROGRAM AND GRANT ADMINISTRATOR
The Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority seeks a full-time Loan Program and Grant Administrator to provide servicing and monitoring support for its financial loan programs, including U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) 504, Ohio Development Services Agency (ODSA) Regional 166, BetterBuildings Northwest Ohio (BBNWO), and the Toledo Regional Revolving Loan Fund, and to assist with grant administration.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, or business administration, or in a field related to the position
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in finance, credit analysis, accounting, loan packaging, and/or portfolio management

The salary range at hire is $48,000--58,000, to be commensurate with experience, together with a comprehensive benefits package,

ARG Facilities Maintenance Worker
The Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority, through ARG Services, Inc., seeks a full-time Facilities Maintenance Worker to assist in maintaining and operating Port Authority facilities and equipment as directed by its Facilities Manager.
Qualifications include:
- Technical/vocational degree or three (3) years of semi-skilled facility maintenance experience or closely related field.
- Working knowledge of Building Automated Systems (BAS).
- Heavy equipment operation and mechanical experience.
- Working knowledge of all functions of preventive maintenance.
Work Hours: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Wage Rate: $25.00 per hour.

ARG Facilities Operations Supervisor
The Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority, through ARG Services, Inc., seeks a full-time Facilities Operations Supervisor to assist in asset protection and daily operation of Port Authority facilities and equipment as directed by its Facilities Manager.
Qualifications include:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- One (1) year of asset protection and/of facility operations experience or closely related field.
- Effective internal communication and external customer service skills.
- Ability to perform, guide and communicate during emergency situations.
- Computer literate, specifically Microsoft Office Suite and other operations computer programs.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Work Hours: 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Wage Rate: $18.00 per hour.
