The Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority has developed a national reputation for innovative business financing, assisting over 390 economic development projects representing a total investment of more than $2 billion while helping to create and retain nearly 18,800 jobs.

  • Conduit Revenue Bonds
  • Ohio 166 Regional Loan Program
  • U.S. Small Business Administration 504 Loan Program

 

INITIAL PROJECT INFORMATION FORM

 

Initial Project Information forms are needed to determine whether a project meets the requirements of any of the Port Authority development financing programs. Please fill out the form below. A preliminary determination can traditionally be made within five business days.

From the information provided, the Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority will make a decision as to whether additional information will be requested. Should you want to expand beyond the space provided below, you may include an attachment. If any of the requested information is not included along with the Initial Project Information, we may be unable to make a final decision regarding the loan application.
